Steph Leitner has over 20 years Yoga experience, running classes, workshops and retreats from Somerset to Costa Rica. With a background in directing and teaching Physical Theatre she has always been fascinated by the body/mind relationship. She believes in the importance of playfulness and curiosity to fully connect to our creative potential, sense of self and well-being. ‘Listening to your body and exploring its innate intelligence is at the heart of my holistic approach to Yoga.’
Steph’s sessions combine breathwork, physical postures, flowing sequences, meditation, deep relaxation and usually a bit of poetry. She believes that all teaching is about relationships and aims to make each session an enjoyable, deeply connected and nourishing experience.
