If you need to find time and space in your busy life, to learn to unwind and concentrate on what matters, then a Tai Chi retreat will be just for you. During the retreat we take you through the foundations of this amazing mental and physical discipline. Tai Chi is often described as moving meditation. An expression of pure mindfulness. Mindfulness is essentially full awareness of the present moment. It is true that our knowledge and experience of the world is limited to our 5 senses. However, we rarely experience our world fully through these senses. We cloud them with our minds. Our retreats will help you break through the cloud and focus on the hear and now, learning to experience it fully.

On some of the retreats we will combine Tai Chi with Buddhist Meditation. Andy brings an alternative view of Tai Chi to his teaching which many students find interesting and inspiring.
