Andy Spragg has been practising Tai Chi, focusing on the Yang Tai Chi style (as taught by Cheng Man Ch’ing), for 28 years. Andy is a practising Buddhist and his main focus is the synergy between Tai Chi and Buddhism, particularly Buddhist meditation.
Denise Spragg has been practicing Tai Chi with Andy for 10 years and has had a lifelong interest in holistic therapies. With VTCT and Murad training she offers different tyes of massage, reflexoloy and facials on the retreats and down at The Sangha House

I haven’t always done this. I previously spent 18+ years performing high pressured management roles within the Finance and IT industries in both the UK and Australia. During this time I got to learn first-hand the impacts of a high-pressure environment and lifestyle and how, left unchecked, it can negatively impact personal effectiveness and health.
