Our new Luxury 4-night Tai Chi and Meditation retreat July 27th to 31st 2020 Welcome to our wonderful new retreat location. Based in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside.  Grade 2 listed manor house offers a custom-built location for our mindfulness based Tai Chi and meditation retreat.

Your Package

Spend a wonderful 4 nights/4 Days days in this gorgeous fully refurbished manor house with spa facilities. Tai Chi and meditation sessions in the morning and early evening. A chance to relax and enjoy the surroundings in the afternoon. All rooms are en-suite, double beds for single occupancy. Full board with a lovely choice of meals.

Your hosts, Andy and Denise will take you through some gentle but detailed guided Tai Chi and meditation sessions. You also have an opportunity to enjoy some lovely therapies offered by Denise. Massage, Indian head massage, reflexology and ear candle treatments.

Full packaged price is £750  per person. Double en-suite room, single occupancy. (For shared occupancy, the retreat price would be £610 per person) Therapies with Denise are additionally charged from £40 for a one hour treatment

Daily Itinerary

Typically, each day runs to the following plan

07.30am –  8.30am Morning Meditation
08.30am –  9.15am Breakfast
9.30am –  11.00am Session 1 Tai Chi.
11.00am -11.30am Break
11.30am – 12.30pm Session 2  Tai Chi
12.30pm – 4.00pm Lunch & Break For own Relaxation, Exploring the grounds, swimming etc.
Denise available for therapies
4.00pm- 6.30pm Session 3  Tai Chi
6.50pmDinner

Ardencote is owned and managed by a local family and truly is an independent family-run hotel. Ardencote has been tastefully transformed over the past 20 years and now proudly boasts 110 four star bedrooms, 10 conference and banqueting suites and two stunning restaurants. The Leisure Club facilities have been recently updated along with the Ardencote Spa 

Ardencote was originally built in 1863, as the dowry house for Mary the daughter of Thomas Phillips, a wool manufacturer from Manchester. During the late Victorian era, the Phillips family added extensive servants’ quarters and stables to the existing estate. At its peak the family employed 15 servants and livery staff, 25 farm labourers and 6 gardeners. All staff lived within the Ardencote and its estate.

Lunch is a two course Hot and Cold Buffet
