Our focus is on relaxation through mind and body. The weekend will help you unwind but hopefully you will learn a little something about these fascinating arts too.
Friday 2nd July. Check in any time after 4.00pm. Dinner at 7.30pm. Use of the pool and spa facilities during the evening.
Saturday 3rd July 8.30am Morning meditation. A led Buddhist meditation. Mindfulness of breathing 9.30am Breakfast 10.30am - 12.30pm Morning Yoga Session 12.30pm - 2.30pm Lunch and use of the hotel facilities 2.30pm - 4.30pm. Afternoon Tai Chi Session 4.30pm - 5.30pm. Free time 6.30pm - 7.00pm - Qigong session (8 Pieces of Brocade) 7.30pm - Dinner

Throughout the weekend, our Masseur, Denise will be available to book in for an Indian head Massage. These sessions are INCLUDED in the price of your stay so do make sure you enjoy this! Each session lasts around 20 minutes.
