Rostherne House in Knutsford, Cheshire. A beautiful, 4 star, Grade 2 listed, Victorian dwelling House retaining many original featuresThe house and grounds are completely secluded and, although the service is entirely professional, you’ll find a real, ‘home from home’ which offers every conceivable comfort to enable you to rest, relax and unwind. Each of the rooms is furnished in its own unique style, and each bed features an impressive hand-carved headboard, whilst the mattresses are chosen with the comfort of guests in mind. All rooms are en-suite.
The ancient church, and the village of Rostherne, are linked with the Egerton family of nearby Tatton and the entire area is of special historical, and natural, interest, as is the nearby Roman town of Knutsford.
Weekends at Rostherne focus mostly on the synergy between Tai Chi and meditation.
Rostherne is our Party house! We offer this retreat venue to groups of friends or families who would like a specialised and perhaps customised retreat.
To hire the house plus the instructors for a 2 night, full board weekend (From the Friday Evening through to the Sunday Afternoon), the total cost is £1500.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (some twins and some doubles) so clearly, the more of you that come, the cheaper it is per person.
