The Reiki works on our own energy centres which are called chakras, this is a sanskrit word meaning spinning wheels.  Our bodies have seven main chakras and the reiki energy is directed over them to balance and cleanse each one.  Our chakras are the gateway to our soul, so when they are balanced, so is our being. 

Reiki Weekends are intense, you will embark on a journey that will be challenging, inspirational and life-changing.  Reiki allows us to use our eyes and other senses to not only look and see the world outwardly, but turn them around to really look and see what lies within ourselves as well. 

The Weekends are dynamic, thought invoking and nourishing allowing you to arrive at a space that is truly yours.  The weekends also allow you to realise your inner potential and let you unleash your divinity within in a relaxed and supported environment.
